not (quite) dead yet
Jan. 21st, 2007 09:15 amWatching This Old House. Casper: "I like that one. He's the plumber."
Sleep nights:
Thursday sucked; Dillo woke up lots plus we had added frat boy hijinks.
Friday was okay, for values of okay that include waking up 3 times between 9 and 5:30 at which point I was up for the day. (This is "normal.")
Saturday SUCKED. Baby has a head cold and is annoyed about everything, was awake crying for an hour at a timeat various points in the night. Daughter woke screaming at midnight and took mch work to settle down. I feel horrible.
mr. flea is off to Raleigh to work. I plan to rely heavily on videos today.
If anyone feels like potsing nice things in comments today, that might help. Like reasons I shouldn't flee/check into a hospital.

Date: 2007-01-21 07:14 pm (UTC)Reasons not to flee? You're overdue for one of those extremely rare great days when they're both charming and loving and napful and generally tractable at the same time, and if you flee they'll go and have it without you and you'll miss it.
Also, hospital food, beds, and lack of internet will just make everything feel even worse.
I'd come up with actual nice things, but this comment has taken half an hour to write due to screaming-baby wrangling. Some days are just like that. I'm vibing hard for Casper and the Dillo to both crash, hard, today and give you a decent chunk of peaceful time.
