I agree with George W. Bush about something. Specifically, means-testing for Social Security recipients. Of course, I never thought I'd hear GWB proposiong a new welfare program, which is what means-testing would de facto do, so maybe he should kill himself. Yeah, that would be better.

Yeah, I've got to say, I'm not altogether in favor of an entitlement just for being old. Old and poor? Of course. Old and rich, and I don't feel like I need to send you a check.
