Observed in concert with amych, who supplied critical details:

White loosely hand-knit wrap sweater, with ruffle, over a dark red long-sleeved t-shirt. White tiered skirt, with knit angora-like fabric on the first flounce, and the subsequent flounces semi-sheer woven fabric. Black heeled boots. Aside from the whole angora/sheer skirt thing, the ensemble might have worked if everything white had been black.

You'd think, and yet that was nothing compared to the horror of the fuzzy-to-crotch-level see-through-to-ankle-level monstrosity of a skirt. Yipes!
