GOOD THING!
Feb. 11th, 2005 01:19 pmThe Girl Scout cookies I ordered at work are coming on Monday! Two boxes of Thin Mints. I also got hit up at home, so I have 2 more boxes to expect there also, though not sure when they will come. Yay! Happy Valentine's Day to me from the Girl Scouts!
Casper got up at 6:30, nursed, seemed happy as a happy clam. mr. flea felt she was a little clingy after I left for work. He thinks he's the new number one parent now - feels his status is elevated - and I say, whatever makes him happy to think (I am still the number one MOMMY!) Tonight the goal is to not pick her up at all (he ended up holding her from about 2:30-3:50). Third night will be not sleep in the room with her.
She got a big old goose-egg yesterday from the banister on the stairs at S.'s. Today (Alexander the wild almost 5 year old is home from school for the 3rd day of parent-techer conferences) they went to some Chuck E. Cheese type place to play. S. reports that the nanny called to say they were the only people there, Alexander was crawling around in the tunnels like a wild thing, and the girls were chest-deep in a net enclosure filled with wiffle balls, throwing them at each other and laughing their heads off. So, hope Casper naps well!

Date: 2005-02-11 08:04 pm (UTC)I'll have to ask around. My neighbors' daughter didn't come around this year, but they're knee deep in addition building, so perhaps they didn't have the time to do it this year.
