reading, or not
Dec. 28th, 2004 01:48 pmOne more night will finish off Jennifer Crusie's Faking It; we've been exceptionally slow, and the last push has been in small increments because my voice gives out fast.
I am halfway through Katharine S. White's gardening book; also reading and rereading my White Flower Farm catalogs, as I have a gift certificate to spend for spring.
In general, not reading much right now.
mr. flea began reading Dr. Zhivago last night after watching the Masterpeice Theater version of it (and arriving in bed weepy at 11pm on Sunday, "Those Russians can tear your heart out!" ). He started watching it when he flipped by and saw Keira Knightley, so I guess some good can be attributed to her - I could never have got my husband to read a Russian novel.
