siiiiiiick sick sick
Dec. 21st, 2004 08:50 amThree days in a row sick is not fun, especially for those of us with hardy constitutions who are rarely sick and then completely frickin' annoyed with life when they do get sick. Three days in a row sick, and the first two of them home alone with a sorta-sick kid - so not fun. Thank god today is a nanny day, and Casper is pretty much better despite her lovely phlegm cough. It's nothing Ellen and the nanny haven't been exposed to.
So, my plans for today include vaccuming, cleaning the toilet which is growing mold in the bowl (why god why), and washing some of the snot-covered sheets. Baking cookies. Making cat-sitting arrangements. Writing my last 5 Xmas cards. Big fun! I still don't have a present for mr flea, although I bought him a small thing at the mall yesterday. (Yes, we went to the mall sick. We are bad humans. But I had to get Casper out of the house because I have already sung "We're Goin' To Boston" 67 times in the last 3 days, and it was too cold to go to the park. We didn't touch much and coughed on nobody.)
