Aha. Whereas what I got was, "It's only the rich who stay home with their children," and "What's really important for women is getting their kids into daycare and getting more flexible schedules so they can work. We need to improve the childcare situation."
The first is, well, bullshit (and really, really dismissive -- most of the at-home parents I know are middle income at best), and the second...I don't doubt that that's important for some women, and my life is certainly easier because of my awesome daycare lady, but...not everyone wants to be holding down a full-time job.
