fleaCasper is eight months old today. Incredible. Another little girl is at our house with her this afternoon, while our nanny takes care of both. They had great fun together on Monday - the toddler has decided that she wants a baby at home to play with, and Casper just thinks the toddler is the funniest thing going. This bodes well for our future sharing a nanny (meet the new potential nanny tomorrow).
On the down side, I can't believe I have an eight month old who woke me up 5 times between 8pm and 7am yesterday. Who has never slept for more than 5 hours in a row, and generally only goes 3. Who I feed three times every night. It does make me feel like Im doing something deeply wrong.
Also, in Great Fun and Totally Adorable Footwear:
Little gecko shoes! Note also adorable red monkeys, with tails!
Mary Jane socks!
Note to self: it is now barefoot weather. Baby does not NEED adorable footwear (except maybe one pair of shoes, but I think sandals would be wiser for the next 6 months).
