You've got a friend in me!

This is what Casper is singing from her bed right now, over and over.

I have to make up songs at bedtime now. We read Phoebe and the Hot Water Bottles before bed, and I got mr. flea to fill up our hot water bottle for Casper (she refused warm pajamas or a blanket). So naturally I sang about 12 verses of, "Phoebe has a hot water bottle and she takes good care of it - she takes it in the bath, and washes it with soap.." etc.

Other bed noises: a dog barks. Casper yells, "Be quiet doggie!"

Squeaky makes up songs and -- if she can see us passing by her room -- dances when she should be settling down for sleep some nights. The other night she was singing songs devoted to parents and the pet.

And as we were walkign last night, she got sick of listening to Daddy and me discussing stuff, so she just started singing. She's just hilarious.
