two cute things

At dinner one night last week, Casper dropped a piece of her beloved cheese onto her chest. mr. flea and I were talking and not particularly paying attention to her, so she HOLLERED "UH" (imagine that in 100 point bold font) - "oh" (imagine that in tiny tiny font and the most innocent face after we turned in amaze to look at her). We tried really hard not to (so as not to encourage the yelling), but basically fell about laughing. I did rescue her cheese.

Saturday afternoon, after This Old House (I love Kevin O'Conner - he so beats the previous smarmy guy host. I also have a pure womanly love for Tom Silva), there was nothing on. I watched some bull-riding as NBC was showing rodeo, and when Casper looked up from her dolly play, she started going "mmmmmm. MMMMM!" Which is how she says "moo". (Note - in slow-mo shots, DO NOT look at the bulls' testicles and how FAR they can travel. They are scary.)

Okay, I lied, 3: watching Funny Videos last night (man we've been watching too much TV lately), she ran up to the TV and slapped the screen and said "arf arf" every time a dog was on.

I'm still trying to get used to Kevin. I liked Steve, especially in comparison with Bob Vila. I am also a huge Silva fan, although Norm is the MF man.
