mr. flea arrived back home, and is filling jugs with water to take to Rich Family's house so they can flush their toilets. Because a pipe froze and burst in their crawl space last night and they have no water. Now me, I'd insulate the pipes before I painted the exterior or BOUGHT A HUGE PLASMA-SCREEN TV, but that's just me.

(bad, bad evil jealous flea).

Ah yes, have I ever mentioned my friend who has done a ton of fabulously gorgeous landscaping over years, hard labor on her part + hiring people, and, well, her house is on a steep hill and has no foundation, which she's known since buying the house. ::sigh:: At least she lives close to the epicenter of the 1906 earthquake so the chances of a big one epicentered there again are slim.
