I'm pretty sure I'm going to suck at this, too, when my time comes (right now it is all day care, which at least caters to working parents- that is kind of the point). But I'm going to suck in the opposite way. I'm going to stress ahead of time, and hyper organize, and snipe at Hubby because he isn't helping to arrange everything... and really, I don't think that is particularly good for the kids, either.
Our society just does not support working families well. Don't beat yourself up.
