It's so tempting to buy one of the cute little suits - not that Casper is old enough to care about trick-or-treating, and not that she eats candy - she was not interested in frosting on her birthday cake. (But, I could eat the candy!)

I suppose the sensible thing to do would be to buy pastel fleece footie pajamas and find a fleece bunny ears hat for the Bunny Girl.

What's your favorite?

I like the panda best. But I also think the Bunny Girl idea should work fine. Heck, give her an Easter Basket and you can wander around the neighborhood traumatizing the older kids. "Better put something in the basket kiddo -- where do you think the Easter Bunny gets the goods in the first place?"

Or I could just be evil.

Last year for Holloween DH bought a very similar monkey outfit to the one you linked to. She was, no surprise, way too tiny for it then, but it'll fit her this year. It's very cute, but the materials are, like most Holloween costumes, kinda skimpy, which bummed me because the picture on the package has a lovely knit. Oh well.

Franny also inherited a pink, fluffy bunny suit from her cousin. Since that's the warmer suit, I think that's the one she'll be wearing for trick or treating (not that she'll be interested in the treats, but hey).

I'm torn between the monkey costume you linked to or this one.

My twin bought Owen a one-piece Halloweek romper that has glow-in-the-dark candy corn which will probably be his default outfit, but for dressing up, I totally want to get one of these.
