waiting for the snow...

fleaWe have been to the Kroger, the Home Despot, and the PetSmart. There was plenty of bread, milk, and batteries (and we actually bought all three) and it was not notably more crowded than usual. We plan to make "frosting cookies" (Casper' choice) and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (mr. flea's choice) and spaghetti and meat balls (their collective choice).
Casper was worried that it might start snowing while we were out, so she suggested that we bring her shovel, just in case. The three-foot garden shovel was duly stowed in the trunk. Luckily, we made it home safely, without having to dig ourselves out from anything. (It's not even raining yet.)
