I had this one of note in my recent alumni mag: Addyson Rose. Which, oy, BUT: the parents are Hayley and Coby! It's not their fault!

There's a baby in my daughter's daycare named Kylor. I find it an impressively stupid name -- it sounds like a villain in an '80s cartoon to me (I have a prejudice against kreativ names that start with k) -- so it's interesting to know parents across the country *also* made it up.

Somehow, "Sophia Monina" sounds like a silly cartoon character to me. Sophia alone is fine, so it must be the "Monina"....
