mr. flea left this morning for the week - he'll be back Friday night. Wah. I am such a creature of habit, and our rotuine is set, and this having to juggle my schedule is already driving me crazy. I was ready to leave by 7:30, despite trying to be leisurely, left at 8:10 and was 5 minutes early to nanny house, despite walking as slowly as I possibly could. I couldn't have done the journey more slowly if I'd crawled. Then nanny was late, and had to chit chat with other family, and raced to catch the 9:00 bus when I'd wanted the 8:45. Didn't get to work until 9:20. And now I have to stay until 5, then on the bus, pick up Casper by 5:30, home, eat quickly, off to a meeting for which we need to leave the house by 6:10.

Also, I just miss mr. flea.

Had a bad experience at work - I answer emails, and someone wrote back a nasty message about my reply, accusing me of sarcasm. (I was aiming for friendly...). Colleague agrees it was them and not me, but other colleague forwarded the nasty message to boss with no comment, and I'm feeling both icky and tattled on. Yick. Way to start a really hard week.

On the plus side, got Dr. Seuss stamps at the P. O.

Yay for Seuss stamps, poo on the email forwarder-person. At least being busy makes the missing him a little harder to focus on.
