fleamr. flea's last paycheck is in 3 weeks, so I wrote to the woman who manages the subsidy for the day care center, and they are upping our subsidy! We'll be paying $1150 for both of them for the summer (full price would be $2000). Subsidy gets recalculated for the fall, when Casper will be off to school, but since we basically only get subsidy for one kid (Casper just gets a 10% discount right now), we can hope to be paying maybe $300 a month for the Dillo in September!
There are some bad things about my employer, but the day care subsidy sure is a good one. (Once you wait the 2 years to get into the center.)
