I measured Squeaky last night: although he shot up from 21" to 29" in his first four months, in the 6 weeks since then he's only grown a quarter inch and is putting all his effort into getting fatter instead. I would almost suspect the four-month measurement of being wrong, except for that the nurse was so surprised, she measured him twice just to be sure!
At 4.5 years old, Chuckles is 45" tall and nigh on 50 lbs. (our scale's not very accurate). The fact that these are nearly the same measurements as those of a boy who grew up to be 6'6" gives me pause. (For the record, I'm 5'9" and Andy's 6'3".)
