I have to say that I always feel bad no matter what I say to people that have stopped b'feeding. If I sympathize, I feel as if I'm minimizing their decision, and if I suggest alternatives for keeping on, I feel as if they think I'm criticizing them. So I awkwardly say nothing. :-(
