Kitten heels are heeled shoes with a small (1.25-1.5 inch) heel that tapers down to a small point (as distinct from, say, a Louis heel, which is short but has more of an hourglass shape, or a stiletto, which tapers but is higher). They tend to make mules with kitten heels at the moment.
