grrr. now I'M sick
Jul. 14th, 2007 06:49 pmI don't have spots, but I do have a random assortment of symptoms including low fever, chills, aches, headache, upset tummy, and light-headedness. It does not help that Dillo is still sick and was completely restless last night - I finally tagged out with mr. flea at 1am and slept on the couch, but that seems to have just resulted in stiffness and only marginally better sleep.
Dillo is as feverish as he has been and has extended periods of whining, which are no fun. I hope he mends up soon.
Casper attended a birthday party at the Little Gym today and the mother made princess cakes (the kind with a doll inside and the cake is the big skirt) and a castle cake. Apparently the twins were in awe. Clearly the bar has been raised. Right now she is watching Snow White, which is scary. It dates from 1937, and I find myself wondering if my grandparents saw it in the theater (they were married in 1937).
I have made my inaugural listing of stuff on ebay! Very exciting. Well, if it sells it will be. All my current fantasies are about getting rid of a large percentage of our possessions. I told mr. flea that if I start selling cans of baked beans on ebay he should stop me. I am also fantasizing about a big white bed in a big empty room and walking on the beach and doing yoga and gardening. Kind of like our Cape vacation, but ALL BY MYSELF.
