I love my family.

Email from mr. flea:

Hi flea,

The kids and I had a good morning today.

After you left Dillo and I had breakfast in the kitchen, then as I
went in to Casper's room to wake her up I decided to put Dillo in
Casper's bed. I sat on the edge of the bed in anticipation since I
was sure something cute was going to happen.

Casper was still asleep at first and Dillo was quiet, then he rolled
over and started grabbing and pressing against her back with his feet
causing Casper to stir. When she half realized that Dillo was there,
she turned over sleepily and held his little hand in hers. They
stayed like that for a long while, then she snuggled up to him and he
started babbling and cooing. Dillo seemed to be enjoying the
attention. He is enchanted by his big sister. When she was fully
awake she got up, hugged him, and talked silly talk in that wild
unintelligible way that she frequently does when she is excited and
energetic.

I really like my mornings with the kids ...

Also, Dillo worked on a teething biscuit last night and got cookie drool all over his face and was adorably cute and so happy with himself. I need to get a photo next time.
