Ryan (5) looooves Casper. "I just like this little one." Said about 45 times so far. Tickles and hugs her. He loves me too. "Aunt flea! Aunt flea! Come build a skyscraper!" (Also said about 45 times). He's a dear, though exhausting. Erin (1.5) walks like Popeye and talks in long completely incomprehensible sentences and should be in the Guiness Book for eyelashes. Darling cousins for my baby. (Who is being great - not too overwhelmed by all the people and dog kisses, and still smiling, and only up every hour all night last night but what else did I expect?)
Father emails that I am welcome to try to buy grandmother's house, provided I knock off a bank, or words to that intent. Given that HE will inherit scads of money from grandmother (and I none, I'm pretty sure), and he admitted he loves the house and shares the fantasy of owning it, I am saddened. He could afford it, or we could go in together, but he is cheap as hell and lacks vision. I'm cheap too, but I've got the vision.
veejane, I think I have successfully hoseyed the Brittanica 11th for you. Don't say I never gave ya nothin'.
