I remember that feeling - no one else can tell but you can't sink into a deep couch anymore without feeling like you are squeezing a basketball into your gut. I remember thinking it was very weird.
All my prenatal appointments were like that - 45 minutes or more for literaly 5 minutes of care. Drove me nuts until the end when they got interesting. Glad to hear everything is going as it should.
