Yeah, high fructose corn syrup is in EVERYTHING, it's crazy. [livejournal.com profile] freakchelle is allergic to corn, so has to avoid HFCS too, and the few times I've been shopping with her, it's bizarre some of the things you'd never think needed it which have had it.
