Gosh, I must not want to work, because I just went through the year to date and counted up the books I read. Total: 33 new (a couple of them merely skimmed; largely nonfiction or romance novels) plus 8 re-reads (Heyer, Crusie, Willis, Tey). Not so bad, really, given my life.
