There is no sentence at all on p. 23, and only one on p. 22, so here it is:

Have I mentioned that Casper knows itsy bitsy spider? The nanny sings with with her and Ellen. She doesn't sing along (she's only 14 months old!) but she puts the forefinger and thumb of her left hand together and waves her hand daintily in the air when it is sung. And claps at the end. O my clever girl.
