Yo, body, knock it off

My menstrual cycle is now down to about 24 days.  I used to be very regularly 30 days in college, then in my later 20s and until maybe a year ago I had a regular 28-day cycle.  24 days is not long enough, damn it!

On the plus side, I have a much lighter period, and I haven't thrown up from cramps since I can't remember when.  Yes folks, this is what perimenopause at 38 looks like.
