cabin fever

We have reached the phase in the summer where we are basically trapped indoors by oppressive heat and humidity and mosquitoes. I hate it. It will last at least two months. It causes cabin fever for the southern set.

Harvest yesterday: 5 worthless b.e.r. San Marino tomatoes; one good Better Boy. 2 cukes. 2 very tiny and dainty and not at all penis-like zucchini (she can learn!) Must pick beans very soon, like, tonight.

Must also acquire chocolate Haagen Dasz because baby is really good at expelling Amox. by clever use of tongue, and we have to do this for nine more days.

In perhaps an hour I will be fedexing an offer on my grandmother's house. I'm not sure whether to hope it is accepted (house! debt! scaryness!) or refused (no house! no debt! no scaryness!). "Right-thing-happening" ma is what is needed.

Sending you unspecified house-ma. (Personally, I hope your offer is accepted. I think having it would be a good thing for you.)

No such thing as a worthless b.e.r. tomatoes. Them's good throwin' termaters.

House-ma to you.

Also Amox-retaining-baby-ma, and better-baby-ma. Can't do anything about the heat, unfortunately. But I'm with you on skulking indoors.

Sending house- and tricksy baby medicine-swallowing ma.

I hope your offer is accepted. House debt, oddly, is A Good Thing.
