So, my coworker had a baby yesterday (name: Conrad Herlastname HisveryblandSmithlikelastname), and the thing I am covering for her is, naturally, going berserk. I have spent an entire hour on IM with The Goddess of UNC and she got the big problem fixed, but now another coworker's account won't work for no known reason. Argh.

This is payback for when I had a baby and the now-new-mom was left managing the move of our collection to the renovated old building.

Also, I'm happy to test the thing with the gadgety thing whenever, although lately it's been sounding like there's too much berserk going on to make it worth messing with?

Eh, the berserk is the current system, which has always been a little unstable and I think is having real troubles with our current network connectivity issues (that turned out to be the catastrophe of Thursday). The testy thing is the new web-based version, which is not in production yet. So hopefully not berserk.

"Conrad" always makes me think of Roger Zelazny novels. Which is basically a happy thought.
