flea | (no subject)

Casper has a fever this morning - I'm hoping it's teeth coming in, as the doctor remarked that her top gums were swollen last Friday. mr. flea is afraid it's a cold, but neither of us are sick, and I was exposed to everyone she was exposed to over the weekend's travels. (How long is the incubation period for the common cold, anyway?) Anyway, she would have a fever the first full day with new!nanny. I am sure she'll be fine, and new!nanny is very experienced and is not worried, but it's killing me not to cuddle her myself.

In other argh news, am I EVER going to have time to garden? Outlook seems negative.
