I M lame

At this late date, I've recently gotten kind of obsessed with reading blogs. I know, so 2003!!1! But it feels like there are suddenly people writing lots of good stuff on topics I'm interested in (libraries and social networking, parenting stuff), or topics I know nothing about but still find fascinating (neonatal medicine). I am sure these things are not new, but they've finally hit me.

Do you use a blogreader to keep this stuff organized? I had been following 8-10 things that had LJ feeds, but that's not as practical. Too many things to bookmark, now, too. How do you do it, if you do it?

(I also finally got a gmail account yesterday. Like I said, LAME.)

I still don't have a gmail account, although mostly because someone else grabbed my name, and I refuse to settle.

I read all my blogs through LJ -- you can read anything with an RSS feed, even if there isn't an LJ feed already set up, and I find it much easier to read them all on my friends page than to fire up another app and then OMG have to actually CLICK ON STUFF to go read them. Screw that. I M lazy.

Oh - and I forgot the useful part. When you go to http://www.livejournal.com/syn you'll see a text box at the bottom, after the list of the most popular feeds. Copy the address of the feed you want and paste it into that box, and you're all set.

Hmm. It's a paid-only feature. Sneaky LJ.
