don't forget bathing suits, iPod, movies for laptop, fruit so we don't get scurvy
figure out how to prevent a certain present from crying "To Infinity and Beyond!" while Casper is round.

Yes, we're driving (10 hours, maybe?) from Durham NC to rural central Ohio, with a 3 year old and a 5 month old in our compact sedan. (We'll be in Cincinnati on the 26th, -istas, and may have time to say hi.) Wish us luck. Or something.

I should have read further down--Clifton is close to Yellow Springs. I'm lacking in suggestions for there. But it's sooooo close. I should email you my phone number, if time allowed for us to pop over for a short visit and hello.

Nope, Clifton the neighborhood of Cincinnati. But we'll be in Chillicothe the 23rd-25th - which side of the city are you on? I think it's about an hour and a half from the airport. But are you in any condition to be popping down?

Okay, The Clifton House is immediately next door to where we lived when we lived in Clifton. We remember the bad fire they had in 1998 that led to the renovation.

And, my friend lived in a first-floor apartment in the other house (with the porch) when I moved to Cinti in 1995. I've spent a lot of time there. (But they don't take kids under 12.)
