Insanity has set in

Casper has reached that level of charming that I think, "Oh, we could have another one. Maybe three or four total." Just a month ago, I was still at "My GOD. Sane people do this TWICE?" it'sjustaphaseit'sjustaphaseit'sjustaphase

Man, can this child get around, despite not being able to really crawl yet. The only thing that motivates her to go forward is paper, which she looooves (to eat, mostly). She's fast backwards now, and does all sorts of moving about sideways, sitting to semi-crawling to scootching with one leg stuck sideways. She can mostly get to where she wants to be, and yesterday afternoon she was starting to want to be places. I also saw the notion dawning that she can grab onto things (me, a chair) and pull herself to stand. She's not strong enough yet, but the idea is glimmering in there.

Also, she's huge. The full length of her changing table when she does her morning stretch.

Was completely full of beans and rambunctious last night, down to the giggles at herself for no reason, and she was having a party in the bath. Probably due to taking the Mother of All Naps - I woke her up after 2.5 hours!

As far as my sleep goes, last night me to bed at 8:30 (baby to bed at 8), friend called at 9, nursed baby at 11:20, again at 2, mr. flea got up and popped in paci at 3:30, nursed at 4, woke at 6 (baby didn't wake until 6:30). This is typical. And still I function and am really not all that tired! But still possibly insane.

Man, you and Burrell are as cute as possible with your little ones! Good for you, functioning with the crazy sleep, too.

Yeah, it's amazing how well you can function on very little sleep. I'm crabby and forgetful, but then I was before.

Go Casper and Franny with the scooching and the crawling! Nora has now fully mastered rolling over. And so it begins...

Judging by our daughters, paper must be way more delicious than I remember.

I love the commando scootch thing. Soo cute!
