My other neighbor had her daughter a couple of weeks ago now: Miranda. Older brothers are Elijah and Gabriel.
Also born in the neighborhood: Harper (girl). Older brother Isaac.
Born last week to a friend: Esme Ruth. Older brother Leo.

When I was twelve, my favorite names would have been Miranda, Elijah, and Gabriel. Now that I am older, my favorites are Isaac (duh) and Esme. There was never a version of me that would have preferred Harper.

When I was twelve, I loved the names Sophie, Eleanor, and Emily. All of which are now of course wildly popular among my parenting demographic, and were not popular names when I was 12!
