tense!
They're moving our collection today, and I can't help and I'm not much needed, but the whole process is making me so tense I can barely do anything else. If only I could help carry the books - physical activity being a great stress-reliever for me. But no, I have to peek in apologetically and wave and go back to sitting at my desk and doing 5 minute bursts of work interspersed with 30 minutes of surfing, sitting tensely, or wandering around tensely.
