We bought a new memory foam topper for our mattress, after sleeping on one C's sister had put on her old crappy mattress, and it's pretty good as a way to re-up an older bed you can't afford to replace just yet. I was sort of amazed to realize that the mattress is nine years old now. Which is obvious, because we bought it when Herself was born, but...I think of it as the new mattress, and it's really not.
