I am on a search committee for work. We have 3 full on-campus days for candidates this week, which means I get to eat out at a fancy restaurant I couldn't normally afford 3 nights in a row.

What should I eat? They are famous for their house-made charcuterie. I'm thinking the tagliatelle or the risotto for a main course. I'm also thinking I won't have a glass of wine, because it's work and I have a sad tendency to be ridiculously lightweight these days.
