Are you sure night terrors are where the child is clearly still asleep? This sounds like night terrors to me. They're semi-awake, I think. Poor everyone. What a horrible, horrible night for you.

I used to cut Ben's hair while he was in the bath. I don't know if Dillo would submit to that. I cut it as little as possible -- just enough to get it out of his eyes, but not leave him looking like I'd plopped a bowl over his head.
